Welcome to our spacious and bright 3-room apartment in the center of Bishkek! The apartment has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate guest toilet. Located on Moskovskaya Street, Building 64 (between Shopokova and Ibraimova). Near the house there is a fruit and vegetable market "Ak-Emir". Shopping centers TSUM, GUM, Dordoi Plaza are a 5-minute walk away. Within walking distance there are many cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies, currency exchange offices and banks. Accommodation The apartment is very comfortable and is ideal for a family or a group of friends. The total area is 65 sq.m. First bedroom: - Bed (for two) with a comfortable mattress (size 160 x 200 cm). - Two bedside tables, a dressing table, a wardrobe. - Blackout curtains. - Air conditioning. Second bedroom: - Two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Living room: - Fold-out sofa bed (for two). Sleeping area size 140x200 cm. - TV. - Air conditioning. Pantry room: - LG clothes dryer. Kitchen: - Gas stove, LG refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster. - Kitchen utensils, cutlery, drinking water filter, pots, all necessary dishes. Bathroom: - Full bathroom with bath and toilet, washing machine, hygienic shower. - Additional guest toilet with hygienic shower. Additional amenities: - Internet, Wi-Fi. - We provide bed linen and towels on the day of arrival. The apartment is located on the 9th floor with an elevator that goes up to the 8th floor. What is available to the guest - Very convenient location in the city center (at the intersection of Moskovskaya and Shopokova streets). - A 24/7 supermarket is located across the street from the house. Important information - The apartment is on the 9th floor. The windows overlook the city center, and the bedrooms have a view of the mountains. - The elevator goes to the 8th floor. Then you need to climb the stairs to the 9th floor. Yes, this is the only inconvenience (including minor noise when the elevator moves), but it is fully compensated by the increased comfort provided to our guests. :) - We installed an LG clothes dryer. (June 2022). - We installed heated floors in the bathroom and in the hallway. It is so comfortable! Especially put on warm shoes before going outside in the cold season. :) - Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Fine - $ 1,000. - It is necessary to send copies of passports of all guests by e-mail (before check-in). - Attention!
